Gaming on a PC is fun! But when a game crashes or our PC has issues it can be quite frustrating.

Rest assured, if RedM is crashing and/or your PC is having issues, there IS a reason for it! Computers are great at multitasking and do billions of calculations a second at the speed of light. Typically, when there’s an issue it’s due to bad data. The good news is that it’s easy – but not always quick – to repair bad data. In other cases, the issue might be caused by hardware failure. This troubleshooting guide was created to assist you!

Before Submitting a Ticket

If you have ANY issues with a script, or RedM crashes or your PC is having issues, before heading to #💻┃tech-tickets, please do the following troubleshooting to assist our team with helping you. Our Tech Support Team are volunteers, as such, their time is limited. The more details you can provide, the better we can assist you and the more quickly you get back onto The Open Range! 🤠
